  2. Types of Data We Collect. We collect information from users, as described below.

    Information You Provide to Us. When you configure the App, we collect your age, and some users may also choose to provide their email address. We also collect your initials when you activate the App. If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.

    Information Collected Automatically via Technology on the Services. We may also collect other information from your mobile device if you download our App. Examples of information that may be collected and used include type of mobile device, mobile device software version, device carrier, Toy and device identifiers, date/time stamps, and diagnostic data regarding how you use the App and Toy. We use a number of third-party service providers to help us automatically collect the types of data described above and help us analyze how users use the App and the Toy.

    Mobile Permissions. The App may request certain permissions from your mobile device, including from the camera, in order for you to be able to engage in certain activities. Video, images, and audio are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to Play Impossible’s servers.

    We use information you submit to us as described in this Policy and as disclosed to you in our Servicers or in connection with our Services, including in the following ways:

    • to operate and improve our App and Services, internal operations, and systems;
    • to provide the Services you request and Services that are relevant to you;

    • understand you and your preferences to enhance your experience and enjoyment using our Services;
    • to derive information about the demographics that use our Services;
    • to respond to your comments and questions and to provide customer service; and
    • to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

  5. Your Choices Regarding Your Information. You have several choices regarding use of information on our Services:

    (a) Email Communications. If you provide an email address, we will periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our App or Services or the services of our partners. When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly (please see contact information below). Despite your indicated e-mail preferences, we may send you service-related communications, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

    (b) Accessing or Deleting Your Information. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us through the contact information set forth above.

    (c) Data Collection. You can stop future collection of information by the App by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile App marketplace where you obtained the App. We do not collect personally identifiable information about your online mobile app activities over time and across third party Apps, accordingly we do not respond to mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online mobile app activities over time and across third party online mobile apps. We do not allow third parties to collect information about your online mobile app activities over time and across different online mobile Apps.
